Bakers Joinery undertook the restoration of the Widdington village signs tthat was in a poor state of repair
What we did for this project
Village sign refurbishment:
- 1. Collection, cleaning, sanding and repairing any defects
- 2. Hand carving
- 3. Full redecoration which will include colour matching and hand painting
- 4. Reinstating the village sign back to its village location
Project results
Our project ensured attention to detail with hand carving, colour matching and hand decoration to ensure the sign retains its historical authenticity. We thoroughly enjoy working on these projects as each village sign is unique echoing the historical past of the village and is often a main focal point.
