Project overview
The project involved the design and hand-built manufacture of eight shop display units for Colefax & Fowlers new interior design shop which is located in Chelsea Harbour in London. The units had shelving compartments with drawers and cupboards in the lower section. The overall finish was a traditional dresser style.
What we did for this project
- 1. The shop display units were constructed from 30mm MDF with a lino top covering
- 2. An oak edging was applied to the unit tops to give a superior finish
- 3. The units were finished with a factory spray and a stained oak edging
- 4. Our joinery team fitted the units onsite
Project results
A traditional and high quality look was essential for this project to align with the premium brand image. The design was also custom-made, balancing practical storage solutions with the effective display and presentation of items.
